"Tire change with a difference"

or: "What kind of initiatives come to one's mind in order to help others!"
 
On Saturday 2nd April 2016 the first cars with winter tires arrived at 9 am. No problem for Frank Matzer, a hobby mechanic and his well equipped workshop.

On this tire change day invited relatives and friends could get their tires changed. Short waiting periods were no problem, because there was plenty of drinks and sausages available and for the kids there was a bouncy castle.

In the late aftenoon a live band joined the crowd and created a great atmosphere. Even the owner of the workshop was surprised when a band of five musicians arrived, although he had only asked a friend, a musician, to come along.

After more than 30 cars on a sunny day there was still enough time for talks, bouncing, eating and dancing.

The donation box in the form of a car rim contained 637,-€ for the project ANAK DOMBA. Our warmest thanks to all participants, but especially Frank Matzer.
