Visit at the Rotary Schoellkrippen Kahlgrund
 
On 25 August 2014 Angela Bendix (1st chairwoman) and Brigitte Nienass (2nd chairwoman) were invited by the Rotary Club in Schoellkrippen-Kahlgrund. They used the opportunity to introduce the orphanage/children's home project ANAK DOMBA Bali - Future for children e.V. by means of a presentation.

In the conference room of the Rotary Club Schoellkrippen-Kahlgrund Angela and Brigitte were welcomed by a large number of people, who were eargerly listening to the presentation.

Angela talked about the start of the project and its development, while in background the audience could watch a film accompanied by music showing pictures of the children and the orphanage/children's home.

She talked about the individual children and of course about the foster parents Eny and Wayan and the regular volunteers Melani and Yonatan, who also live in the house.

"We would by far not stand where we are standing now whithout the support of many members of the association" Angela emphasized.

Of course there was also a discussion about the future. The relocation into another house is urgently required, because the house which is the home for 10 children, 2 volunteers and the vicar's family of 4 is literally bursting at the seams.

For that purpose, the publicity drum needs to be beaten well, since the house is entirely financed by donations.

It was a succesfull 20 minutes presentation, which was followed by a lively discussion where many questions were answered by the team of ANAK DOMBA Bali.
